By repeating positive phrases over time, it has been shown that how you feel and think about yourself becomes more positive. A daily affirmation: choose a card from the top of the deck each morning. Displaying that day’s card in a space that you will be able to frequently see.

A weekly intention: choose a card at the beginning of each week. Display the card using the stand provided, in a space that you can easily see. Each morning and evening recite the affirmation of the week.

Answering a question or supporting a need: Bring forth a question or need that you have in the present moment. Lightly pass the deck of cards between your hands, knowing that the card that you need will find you. Whether it falls out of the deck, moves itself upwards, or somehow separates from the set. That is the card you may need in the moment. Take time to read it, and using the stand, display it in space you are able to see throughout the day.
